Denham Street, Bondi

In early 2020, we commenced a full home renovation and extension of a two storey Federation semi in Bondi. Works included a complete reconfiguration of both levels to become a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with two living spaces to support the needs of our clients growing family. A new staircase with custom balustrade was relocated in line with the hallway to allow for a more cohesive flow through the home. To create simplistic clean lines, all cornices, skirtings and architraves were removed and most of the original windows were also replaced. This stunning family home is full of clever storage and design ideas.
