Bondi beach apartment
We’ve used Sutton Built twice for tricky refurbishments in Art Deco spaces. Ben and the crew took charge of the project, helping to adjust a number of details for us that saved significant time and costs.
They cared about our renovation like it was their own, with all trades on a tight roster, and workarounds for all hurdles, keeping everything moving. They obviously have great knowledge of the industry and a thoughtfulness that lives on in their finished products.

Located in one of Bondi’s iconic Art Deco apartment buildings, we transformed our clients home into a contemporary light filled space, with the removal of brick wall and installation of steel beam to allow for the relocation of a new kitchen and bedroom. We also built a bench seat under the window to complete this small but functional space.
